Maria Lucia was born in Val di Non a well-known place for high-quality and tasty apple. In 1994 she decided to transform those apple into a healthy, tasty, with no additives or preservatives nectar. Soon come the apple vinegar, thanks to its delicate flavor and aroma, and its low acidity, it soon became a special alternative to the classic wine vinegar.

In the late nineteenth, Maria Lucia got an interest for the organic world, so she decided to create a special label: BIOTRENTINO. Biotrentino is a range of organic products, created for those who follow a healthy diet.

Later on, she creates THE CIDER. A bubbly, sweet, fruity and pleasant to the palate is an outstanding product, which Gourmet Eataly is proud to bring to your table.
